1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you," or "your") and jl8jl ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a Philippine-licensed online gaming operator authorized by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). By creating an account, accessing the jl8jl website or mobile applications, depositing funds, or participating in any gaming activities offered by jl8jl, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional rules, regulations, or policies published on our platform.

2. Eligibility Requirements

• Single Account Requirement: You may maintain only one (1) account with jl8jl. Multiple accounts, duplicate accounts, or attempts to circumvent account restrictions through creation of additional accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in account termination and forfeiture of balances.

By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements stated herein. jl8jl reserves the right to request documentation verifying your identity, age, address, and payment method ownership at any time. Failure to provide requested verification documents within seven (7) business days may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals until verification is completed.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration Process

Account registration requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name as it appears on government-issued identification, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and mobile phone number. You must not provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration. jl8jl reserves the right to verify all information provided and to reject any registration application that fails verification or appears suspicious.

3.2 Account Security Obligations

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party, allow others to access your account, or use another person's account. You agree to immediately notify jl8jl customer support if you become aware of any unauthorized access to your account or any security breach. jl8jl will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account that occurs before you have notified us of the security breach.

3.3 Account Suspension and Termination

jl8jl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any reason including but not limited to: violation of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete identity verification, abuse of bonuses or promotions, use of prohibited gaming strategies or software, chargebacks or payment disputes, or behavior deemed detrimental to the integrity of jl8jl services. Upon account termination, any remaining account balance may be forfeited if termination resulted from Terms violations or fraudulent activity.

4. Deposits and Payment Methods

jl8jl accepts deposits through various payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers (BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank, and other Philippine banks), cryptocurrency (USDT TRC20), and other approved payment processors. All deposits are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP). Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed on the deposit page at the time of transaction. jl8jl does not charge deposit processing fees, though your payment provider may apply transaction charges according to their own fee schedule.

You may only deposit funds using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. All deposits must originate from legitimate sources of funds. jl8jl complies with anti-money-laundering regulations and reserves the right to investigate the source of deposited funds, request supporting documentation, and report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities. Deposits made from stolen payment methods, fraudulent sources, or in violation of applicable laws will result in immediate account termination and referral to law enforcement.

Deposits are generally credited to your jl8jl account instantly for e-wallet transactions (GCash, PayMaya) and within 1-2 hours for bank transfers during banking hours. 5. Withdrawals and Payout Processing

5.1 Withdrawal Requirements

To request a withdrawal, your account must be fully verified with valid government-issued identification, you must have met all wagering requirements associated with any bonuses or promotions you have claimed, and the withdrawal amount must meet minimum thresholds (typically PHP 200 for GCash, PHP 500 for bank transfers). You may only withdraw funds to payment methods registered in your own name that match the name on your jl8jl account. Third-party withdrawals are prohibited as part of our anti-money-laundering compliance measures.

5.2 Processing Times and Fees

jl8jl processes withdrawal requests within 10-20 minutes on average for GCash transactions and 2-4 hours for bank transfers, subject to verification requirements and payment processor availability. 6. Bonuses and Promotions

jl8jl offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses for new players, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, loyalty rewards, and other promotional incentives. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions detailed in the promotional materials, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, maximum bet limits, expiration dates, and withdrawal restrictions. Wagering requirements typically range from 10x to 40x the bonus amount and must be completed before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.

Bonuses are intended for recreational players and must not be abused. All bonus decisions made by jl8jl management are final.

7. Gaming Rules and Fair Play

All games offered by jl8jl operate using certified random number generators (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, physical equipment operated by trained dealers. Game outcomes are determined randomly and fairly according to published rules and paytables. jl8jl does not manipulate game outcomes and operates under strict PAGCOR oversight ensuring fair gaming practices. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are published for all games and represent long-term statistical expectations over millions of game rounds.

You agree to play all games in good faith for entertainment purposes only and not to employ any cheating methods, betting systems designed to exploit errors or vulnerabilities, automated playing software (bots), or collusion with other players. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to: exploiting software bugs or glitches, using card counting or edge sorting techniques in live dealer games, employing betting strategies that abuse bonus terms, coordinating with other players to manipulate outcomes, or using third-party software to automate gameplay or gain unfair advantages.

jl8jl reserves the right to void bets, withhold winnings, and terminate accounts if we detect evidence of irregular playing patterns, use of prohibited strategies, or any activity that violates fair gaming principles. 8. Prohibited Activities

In addition to activities specifically prohibited elsewhere in these Terms, the following actions are strictly forbidden and will result in account termination and forfeiture of funds:

• Providing false, fraudulent, or misleading information during registration or identity verification
• Using jl8jl services while located outside the Philippines or assisting others in circumventing geographic restrictions
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or using jl8jl services to process illegally obtained funds
• Abusing chargebacks or initiating fraudulent payment disputes after losing wagers
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jl8jl staff or other players
• Attempting to hack, breach, or compromise jl8jl security systems or databases
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code from jl8jl software
• Using jl8jl services for any purpose other than personal entertainment gambling

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on jl8jl, including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, images, audio, video, and game interfaces, is owned by or licensed to jl8jl and is protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use jl8jl services for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from jl8jl without express written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, jl8jl and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from or related to your use of jl8jl services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for all claims arising from your use of jl8jl services shall not exceed the total amount of deposits you made to your account during the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to liability.

11. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of jl8jl services shall first be submitted to jl8jl customer support for resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to PAGCOR for regulatory review. If regulatory review does not resolve the dispute, the matter may be submitted to binding arbitration in Metro Manila in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. You agree to waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against jl8jl.
